I like customer contact, meeting people from other countries (courses in English too). Come make madeleines and redo them at home, the atmosphere is good. The apartment right in the center, easy access. I give personalized advice on the neighborhood (Vivienne gallery, garden of the royal palace...) and on the pastry shop in Paris. You leave with your madeleines in a cake box. Pastry is very fun and at the same time manual, but above all delicious.
