In the heart of Gascony, in Mirepoix, the Domaine de la Higuère, a family estate founded in 1784 and passed down for 9 generations, opens its doors for a thorough immersion in its wine world. With the “In-depth” formula, enjoy a privatized tour of the cellars and production areas, with a detailed presentation of the main stages of winemaking of the estate, from the winemaking room to bottling. The tour continues with a guided tasting of the entire range: 9 wines, 2 Flocs de Gascogne and 2 Armagnacs, before leaving with a bottle of wine offered! Tours are offered in French and English all year round. During the summer months, they can also be organized in Spanish, Portuguese and Japanese, depending on availability. Do not hesitate to indicate the language you wish to use when making your Reservation. The Domaine de la Higuère also offers the formulas "Discovery" and "Wine food agreements", to meet all the desires of discovery.
