Maison ZEYSSOLFF is one of the few wineries in Alsace with some century-old oak casks, each with a capacity of 10,000L, still in use for the vinification of its wines. Its greatest curiosity is the ZEYSSOLFF barrel, made in 1897 for the Paris Universal Exhibition (1900). This barrel is still in use
