Support The driver is waiting for the customer at the agreed meeting point. If the pickup takes place at the airport, the driver will hold a sign with the customer’s name to facilitate the meeting. The driver will also try to contact the customer by phone if necessary. Assistance with luggage and installation in the vehicle. Transport The driver drives to the destination according to schedule and following the safest and fastest route. Passengers enjoy a comfortable and secure journey. Arrival and assistance Upon arrival, the driver helps unload the luggage. Return or end of service For return journeys, the driver will ensure the pick-up at the agreed place for the return. The service ends when the customer is safely dropped off at his destination. An invoice or receipt is sent by email if necessary.
