Itinerary
Your experience begins with a welcome at Wilderness Origin, located near Quillan in the Upper Aude Valley. Your instructor will show you the progress of the activity, the safety instructions and equip you with the necessary equipment: helmet, life jacket and personal buoy. A shuttle then takes you to the Check-out Point upstream of the river. Before you go, your instructor will explain the basic techniques to safely steer your buoy, manage currents and navigate small rapids. You then start the descent on the river Aude, alternating calm passages, fun rapids and natural slides, while enjoying the wild landscapes of the Audoise Pyrenees. The instructor will accompany you throughout the course and will remain available to advise you and ensure your safety. Upon arrival, you reach the base where you can change, relax and share your impressions in a friendly setting by the water. This activity allows you to live a refreshing, accessible and immersive moment in nature.
