In the heart of Gascony, in Mirepoix, the Domaine de la Higuère, family estate founded in 1784 and passed down for 9 generations, opens its doors for a first immersion in its wine world. With the "Discovery" formula, take advantage of a guided tour of the cellars and production areas to discover the major stages of winemaking of the estate, from the winemaking room to bottling. The tour concludes with a guided tasting of 4 wines, a Floc de Gascogne and an Armagnac, to discover the emblematic products of the estate in a friendly atmosphere. Tours are offered in French and English all year round. During the summer months, they can also be organized in Spanish, Portuguese and Japanese, depending on availability.
