With more than 20 years of experience, I offer a typical French homemade kitchen (everyday cooking or more sophisticated according to your choice) in a kitchen that could be yours. I only buy fresh seasonal produce (depending on the season) that I pick up at the local Point of Sale held every Thursday morning in the Town Hall Square near my home.
We'll cook together recipes that have been passed down through generations of my Provençal family. My mother, my grandmothers, and also my father and grandfathers each had their favorite ones. It's a simple, hearty cuisine based on quality seasonal and local products from producers who have often become friends. As a farmer, I grow almonds and Provençal herbs (rosemary, thyme, savory, and oregano), and we'll use my almonds and pick the Provençal herbs for the preparation. Most of these recipies
Cooking classes start at 9 a.m. with an appointment at the Cuisine Centr'Halles located inside the Les Halles d'Avignon market. We start with a visit to the Market to talk about local products, taste and especially create our menu together.
